Presenting the Wind Drive Flagpole System!

The wind generating flagpole system is an artificial wind producing flagpole assembly created by Dr. Bas Nair for use in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

While attending the opening ceremonies of the 1988 Summer Olympic Games, Dr. Bas Nair watched in anticipation as the flags of nations were individually raised. This was an historic occasion as it would be the last time the flag of the Soviet Union would be raised in the Olympic Games. Unfortunately there was no wind that day to carry the banner of this once proud and powerful nation. He decided then that he would create a flagpole capable of proudly flying any flag, even on windless days.

Advantages

The wind generating flagpole system provides patriotic consumers with a better way to display their flag. It can accommodate both small and large flags eliminating the disgraceful display of a flag hung limp on a pole.

Due to its durable construction, the consumer can rely on the wind generating flagpole system to withstand harsh winds and other outdoor elements with ease.
